Tasting notes: Smalle refined bubbles. Crisp fruit of red currants and pink grape nicely balanced. A good and refined salinity on the finish combined with a touch of calacaire and yeast from the time on lees. Light and delicate sweetness. The balance between the sligthly sweet fruit and the mineral notes makes this a great wine as an aperitif and even for shellfish. Great wine.
